Went for Christine's church wedding rehearsal today
The chruch was absolutely lovely..
This quaint little chapel with pond and aviary.
She was really stressing out because of the wedding and PMSing at the same time.
Leathal combination indeed!

Was nice to have a lazy Sunday today.
Last weekend was spent entertaining Theresa and boyfriend who came for a visit from London.
A compressed whirlwind 2 days.
Complete madness
Dezzo gave both ourselves a treat whilst they were here, with a 2 day stay at the Marriott
In return I ordered Whooping American breakfasts on Sunday morn.
Cost and arm and a leg, but heck, it was worth every morsel
It was such a bizzare feeling, being in a hotel made it seem like a holiday,
even though Takashimaya was just opposite with the Lion dance competition going full speed ahead.

Louis and Theresa...Whasssup!

Barely a week into getting my first paycheck and I am almost halfway gone.
All this crap about financial freedom.
My Ass!
Half the time I'm worrying about whether I have enough money to last me till the end of the month.
Gave the grand folks money, mom and dad, treated the whole family to dinner... that leaves me with just about enough to get the cream dress for christine's wedding, gold strappy shoes to go with that, money for her wedding ang pow, money for Theresa's weekend in Singapore, money for Sharon's birthday celebration.
Shitdillytwack!
That's it.
It's either I formulate the best gawddamn pie recipe and make it big in Singapore, bring Krispy Kreme here or kill my boss and take over her job,

Anyway, in other news, Dezzo bought me a new phone! WHEEEEEEEEE! I like presents!
He got me the Nokia 7200 fliptop...drool...I really like!!
And the best thing is, you can record sounds and place them as your ringtone!
So I answer to "Nonok nonok pick up the phone! Nonok pick up the phone!"
Completely craks me up, and my collegues find it very amusing that they always hear phantom laughter coming from my work station everytime my phone rings.
Did I say I love my phone?

In other news, I was depressed to read in the papers yesterday that Tiong Bahru flats are a bad investment.
Because in 8 years time, there will only be 60 years left on the lease of the land, and property prices will plummet if I should decide to sell the flat then.
How?
I want my walk up apartment!
